Easter & Christmas Period 20% Rate Increase

50% of the rental rate is due upon confirmation of reservation Balance is due 8 weeks prior to scheduled date of stay.

$500 security deposit is due 8 weeks prior to scheduled date of stay 60 Euros cleaning fee to be paid to the on-site manager.
